try reaching out to your employer through email or a formal letter, clearly stating the issue and requesting immediate payment of your salary or consider sending a legal notice through a legal professional, demanding the payment of your salary within a specific period.

A.Dear Client,
Irrespective of class and category of employee either probationer or regular, deserves a notice or pay in lieu of notice from the employer before terminating his service. On cessation of employment, if the employer did not disburse the F & F dues to the terminated employee that amounted to unfair labour practice on the part of the employer. So, in the given situation, if you are not holding the position of Manager/Supervisor but a workman as defined u/s.2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act then for such an arbitrary action and unfair labour practice, reach out to the office of the Labour Enforcement Officer(LEO) or Labour Commissioner concerned for filing a complaint against the employer for redressal of your grievance. You can also file an application u/s.33C(2) of I D Act before the concerned Labour Court for recovery of dues from the employer.
