Girl tired to sort the things mutually by talking..but the boy is continuously blaming her putting wrong allegation and defaming her image by sending letter through his friends..stating that it was a toxic relationship with her and he don't like her rather he would show humanity and feed poor people instead of even being with her..can she sue him ?
A.Dear Client,
Before filing a lawsuit, a legal notice can be sent to the person making defamatory statements, asking them to stop making false allegations and issue an apology. If the person continues to make false allegations and defamatory statements, a civil lawsuit for defamation can be filed.
