Hey , I'm 18 yrs old and my bf is 21. I live with my parents.as soon as they got to know that they know I have a boyfriend they started to do physical violence especially my dad 4 months before he grabbed my neck and hold it till I was unconscious I fell on the floor and hurted my forehead. In the present day, today they have filed a false FIR against my boyfriend in which they told the police that he had brainwashed me and doing sexual assault. I don't know what should I do.

A.Dear Madam,
If you cannot stand on your own legs financially and even otherwise it is premature for you to take any such decisions. Ask your boyfriend to approach High Court and get such FIR stayed and quashed. If necessary you may give statement in favour of your boyfriend but hereinafter you must stop your relationship with your boyfriend until you become financially independent.
