I'm living in kakinada. My wife and wife's family threatening me for every time of small small discussions, like they put me on jail by using 498a section miss use, so today they did argue so now I'm getting tension again what they do.. I'm feeling very bad about my career by fake complaints on me, so please give some pre proceeding to be safe side sir

A.There many Associations and NGOs are protecting & helping victims of 498a Section, find one near your city. There are Apex Court directives not to take action U/s 498a complaints without proper enquiry. However you can consult a expert Lawyer to protect you from false,fictitious,fake complaints
