panel for promotion in department of animal husbandry of tamilnadu government for veterinary assistant surgeons not prepared since 2020 due to interim injunction obatained by two petitioners. administrative staff simply telling that it is pending with court.but the number of vacancy is nearly about 100 for eligible candidates are also availlable, is it possible to give promotion for other eligible persons with the option of reserving those number for petitoners vacancy as separately
