My boyfriend forced when he was drunk when I went to Mumbai trip my hymen was damaged so he took responsibility to do vaginoplasty surgery to repair my hymen he said he will marry me I used to send him lots of money and expensive gifts and gold chain once as he promised me to marry but he cheated me blocked me and started pressuring me to have sex blackmailing me that he did sexual assault on me to my colleagues so I filed police complaint he was arrested but he forcefully made me to sign a conditional bail by blackmailing he will disclose all my incidents of assualt and surgery to my manager when I was working in Hyderabad so I signed for him bail with conditions of not disturbing me in future I disclosed all my past details to my husband before marriage but my husband family justifying his mistakes and tortured me mentally financially physically demanded money from my parents for his business extremely abused even my mother in law once kicked me which I had vaginal bleeding when I missed my period also they tried to kill me and blame my past relationship I filed dv case but my husband prolonged case filed quash petition in that his advocate stating allegations of virginity surgery but it was different surgery on sexual assault did by my past boyfriend my husband advocate is abusing me in open court before judge judge never objected
