Recently I bought a bike from a second hand dealership. While selling the bike they promised there won't be any issue and the bike is in showroom condition. Within a month of it's purchase the engine got ceased and the odometer forgery has also happened because it stopped working. So, I returned the bike to check the issue . Now they asking 10,000rs more which I already paid them 160,000. They again trying to cheat me again. Now I just wanted to return the bike want a refund. What should I do now?

A.Dear Client,
Start by reviewing the sale agreement you had with the dealership. Check if there were any warranties or guarantees mentioned regarding the condition of the bike. In India, you can approach the consumer dispute redressal forum (consumer court) to resolve disputes with businesses. These forums provide a legal platform for consumers to seek remedies for grievances. You can file a complaint against the dealership if necessary.
