Few days back me and my mother got to know that some lady is torturing my father by asking him mone. My father told us that 10 years back, he went for a trip with his friends where they got drunk and slept with this lady who then conceived a baby girl. However, now my father doesn't have any job and his business is closed but the lady demands money every month which is increasing every month if not given they threatened my father with goons and one day they actually slapped my father by calling him to their place. Unfortunately, he joined security department where he is working for 18hrs/day and getting 13k from which lady demands 10k. The demand is increasing. My father is old and not well. His body got weak and he lost 28kgs . But the lady just doesn't understand and keeps threatening him and goons keep torturing him.

I called her one random day, asked her to meet and told her that he is not well and he is working 18hrs/day. He is loosing his eyesight, his legs are shaking but lady didn't bothered to understand and kept saying that he needs to work to give money till he dies. I wonder why she is not ready for DNA test as well. Doesn't wants to keep infront of us too. Keeps hiding. Disconnects calls when I call her ., just keeps asking for money. She and her family forced my mother to sign birth certificate of the child by giving threats that she will inform us or everyone in our family.

I work but my salary is not enough to run 2 different families. This breakes my heart that I am not able to do anything here

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother may lodge complaint against such lady and also take some injunction order from Civil Court against her because getting DNA test for such child is difficult.

A.Dear Client,
If your father is being threatened and harassed by this lady and her associates, you should file a police complaint or First Information Report (FIR) at your local police station. Document all instances of harassment and violence. Keep a record of all communication and incidents related to this case, as it may be useful in any legal proceedings. Our legal team can explore potential legal options, such as filing for a restraining order or pressing charges against those responsible for the harassment. If there is a dispute about the child's paternity, a DNA test can help establish the truth. We can explore legal avenues to compel the other party to agree to a paternity test. Your father's current financial situation can be considered when determining child support. We can help navigate this process and ensure that the amount your father is obligated to pay is fair and based on his actual income and circumstances.

A.Hi client,
This is an extreme difficult situation. You need to settle the circumstances with a lot of understanding. First don't let the lady know that you and your family are in fear. She is utilising this fear. You ask her first to give the prove that she is telling the truth and the child is from your father. Till she is able to prove the same, don't give her any money. If you see that she has no evidences nor is willing for a DNA test, then you tell her that you will lodge an FIR against her for such harassment.
