My brother gave 100000 Rs to his friend as in friendship and don't have any documents regarding it, and after two years of waiting the friend who received money he is not giving back and scolding and saying will not repay the amount. How I should move on ?

A.Dear Client,
As per law, you can recover the said amount on loan from your friend within 3 years from the date of payment. Engage a lawyer and file a recovery suit if you have any proof by which you can establish in court that you lent him money. If you don't have any proof, try to collect one by any means, videography, text messaging, telephonic conversation etc. Just make him say that he took money from you.
