Regarding court marriage

Me and my girlfriend(both ages 21+) want to get married and tried to convince her family. But they are against us and they are blackmailing her and forcing her to marry someone else.
Currently I'm in Bangalore and she is is UP. We both are ready to get married at any cost.
What should we do now, to whom we should seek help. Can we marry in Bangalore?
