Regarding penalty after resigning medical superspeciality course in mumbai
5 years ago
Me and 4 others post graduates in medical field took admission to superspeciality courses in BMC medical college Mumbai. Now due to poor abusive working environment, non exposure regarding field concerned, overwork,we have resigned from the course. Now authority is asking 10 lakh for non-completion, 10 lakh for lapse of superspeciality seat, 3 yrs course fees and stipend received for returning our document and accepting our resignation. Even though we have signed the bond stating above things, we resigning to avoid above suffering. Can we get some help in court of law . How to proceed further.
A.Dear Students,
First bring it to the notice of the Media and also Educational Authorities of your State and also Medical Council of India.
If you have strong case you are likely to win and may be compensated by them. Do not pay anything to them at this stage. Rather you claim your money back with interest.
