Hello Sir/madam,
I want to add my surname in my marriage certificate and the registrar mentioned the appeared dt as our marriage dt unknowingly.Where can I change these things now?? Awaiting your reply....

A.The surname is registered as per the documents submitted for obtaining marriage certificate. You can apply for for correction based on the records and the marriage registrar incorporate the changes in the record and make changes.
