Krazybee loan payment

As krazybee app is not working so I contacted them through mail they said I have 7 loans accounts on my name i cleared all my loans on May 2023 even my cibil score got increased after 2 months..but when I checked again my cibil score on Nov 2023 it got decreased because I still have pending loan accounts which are related to krazybee..but I already the amount they issued NOC for those loans..what shall I do now
