My husband filed RCR against me, what if I being respondent win the case? What are the consequences if I win the case

Being the respondent if you won the RCR filed by your husband under Sec.9 of HMA, 1955, he may lose the divorce case and vice versa. However, upon completion of 1 year from the date of the RCR decree, you can approach the same court asking for divorce as RCR has failed (if both don't join back) claiming maintenance/alimony from your husband.
