I want to know that can I get police help on a specific date if I m not feeling safe. I need only for one hour

A.I don't know where you are located and you don't give details about your situation. But in general, the police do need to know if there's a crime that has been committed by way of a threat or assault.
That being said, you can't have police to provide 24 hour protection. The police are able to stand by for a reasonable amount of time if you are in a situation where you need temporary protection. Something such as in removing some of your items from a place where a person has indicated there might be violence. Most places offer protection orders through the court and officers can arrest when those are violated.
But true physical protection usually means you have to hire someone in the personal security profession.
