Falsely implicated in Sec 498a

I am married woman and my brother’s wife has falsely implicated all my family members in Domestic Violence case and filed FIR. As I am married I stay separately from my sister in law and have not even met her for more than one year. She has filed FIR in Ranchi. Will I need to apply bail from Ranchi or my hometown
