What if I do not serve my notice period(90 Days)

Hello,
I am working in a private firm in India. I have resigned from my current company before one and half month on 11 January 2019. I got a very good opportunity and now I am not able to serve more than 20 days. I had the conversation with my HR and I am ok with paying for the number of days I am not serving. But the management said cleary NO. And I will need my experience letter. What could be the ways to get out of this situation. Notice period in my firm is of 90 days. I have served 45 days and could serve up to 60 days. I need 1 month early relieving.

There is nothing bother just join the new company. The old company is entitled for only amount equivalent of un served days.
