Failure of replacing the faulty device inside warranty

I got a faulty mobile phone from Google and after chasing them for 20 days they are not ready to solve my problem. I've every proof if emails and I've called them more than 30 times.
Is there any way that i will get justice through court?

A.dear client in your case you can file a Complaint before the Consumer Forum or Court immediately , if you find it difficult take assistance and help of Consumer Specialised Lawyer who will make a Complaint as required by the Court and file it before the court and plead for early disposal.
