Mental harrasment by a teacher

I am a Engineering student from Karnataka, I am academically good student, but from past few days a lecturer at my college is targeting me and giving me less marks and scolding me in front of students. From past few days I am mentally frustrated and depressed because of it. I would like to know what I can do about this issue.
