Criminal activitay against us
Actually I am Hindu and I am selling my property to Muslim religion. So our Neighbours and some political party leaders objected us everyday. But today they came at our house approximately 30-40 people. They were threatening us for not selling my property to Muslim. And they also said that if we sell our land to Muslim they will press injection on our land. According to them if they press injection we will never sell our land to anyone. Q no 1- can they press injection on our land? Q no 2 - what can we do for selling our property?they have objected on our land also.
A.Dear Client,
1) In India, an injunction is a legal remedy that a court may grant to prevent a party from doing a particular act. It is not something that individuals or groups can simply impose on your property without legal proceedings. If someone threatens to obtain an injunction on your property, they would need to file a case in court and provide evidence supporting their claim. The court will then decide whether to grant the injunction based on the merits of the case.
2) Discrimination on the basis of religion is prohibited under the Constitution of India. You have the right to sell your property to whomever you choose, and your decision should not be influenced by threats or intimidation. If you feel threatened or harassed, you should contact the local police and report the incidents. They are responsible for maintaining law and order.
