Debt collection from Ex Girlfriend Debt collection from Ex Girlfriend

I was in relation with a girl for 5+ years. As like in any relation we had exchange money in form of each other expenses, hoteling, travel, gifts, etc. we were almost going to marry but some things lead to another and we brokeup. We broke up 3 year. Recntly its been two year I am married to another girl. So my Ex is asking for money that we spent during our relationship now and she thinks i owe her 3.5lacs (may be including intrest and all). Thereating me to go legally and file complaint gainst me.

Earlier post breakup she gave me thee same reason where I calculated the money i gave her approx 50 k which i had record as per my bank transcation and other which i recalled that time. something 20-25k i was unable to refund due to i was jobless. I gave her money as we were in relation and I agree I took some money for my daily expense or other expense. Which i also spent on gifts and other expenses travelling roaming etc. I am ready tor repay her the money i know (20-25K as i know they were spent on my things i owe her that much just to be out of this matter as it will surely create choas in my current married life which wont want coz i am Happy with my current partner )

I am threatend to take legal action against me.

What should be my stand? Please advice.

A.Dear Sir,
Settle the issue as early as possible. She may lodge a false complaint against with so many allegations and police easily believe. Be careful and take wise decisions.

A.Dear Client
Engage in open and honest communication with your ex-girlfriend. Try to understand her concerns and discuss the situation amicably. If there is an amount that you both agree on, you may consider settling the matter through mutual understanding. If you have any records of transactions, such as bank statements, receipts, or messages discussing the financial aspects during your relationship, gather and organize them. These documents can be helpful in case the matter escalates.

A.Dear Sir,
You may settle the amount if not her claimed amount at least some amount out of it and close the issue otherwise there is every probability of filing false case against you.
