Dear sir
Please advise me on the below cheating done by Youtuber/broker having a stock channel with 1 lakh subscriber
I invested in the below scheme
Scheme detail
Margined salary scheme
Rs 50000
Withdraw 1 lakh for 4 week
I invested 50 k and my portfolio was showing around 742080 lakh after one week. They told me that I need to deposit 10 percent of my portfolio value before withdrawing. I have deposited 74208 rs as a commission which is 10 percent of the portfolio value
Now they are asking 50k as a withdrawal fee. I told them that I did not want profit please return my original money which is around 50000+74208 rs. Please help me and guide me on this.

It is a clear case of cyber fraud and it is suggested that you get in touch with our Vidhikarya team and we shall send them legal notice and try to recover your money.
In India, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the regulatory authority for the securities market. You can consider filing a complaint with SEBI against the broker in case of a malpractice or fraud.
