Agreement
This agreement has been granted for a total period of 33 months, each term consisting of 11 months on the basis of leave and licence effective from _____ (commencement date) to _____ (termination date). However, the said period can be further extended as mutually agreed between the parties .
Can anyone explain the above mentioned clause?

A.Sir, it means that
1. The agreement is for 33 months divided into 11 months each consisting of 3 terms
2. Effective from ____ to Termination date _____ shall be of 11 months [For 3 terms]
Due to such 11 months period, registration of the agreement is not compulsory
It further says that after the expiry of such period [33 months in total]
the agreement can be further extended if the parties intend to.
