Fooled by astrologers

I was having a relationship issue and since I was very much depressed and somehow wanted to sort out my problem I consulted astrologers and many of them fooled me, took money from me, gave me guarantee that my issue will be solved and everything will be fine but there was no sign of any result or anything being solved.
They just fooled me to eat money
What action can I take

Having said that unless the astrologer has given the guarantee in writing it will be not possible for you to establish that and hence taking legal action against him may not be possible.
If you have any proof or witness to prove that you have been cheated then you can file a police complaint.
