I have a question that one of the designer asked me to have sex with him when I went to him I rejected he is playing indirectly to get me i want t lodge the complaint what will be the proccedure

A.Please file an FIR against the person in the nearest police station and also if you are employee then they should be having a sexual harassment cell. Do file a complaint there as well. Also, inform the authorities who look into such matters.

A.Go to the nearest police station and file an FIR or if you are an employee then can file a complaint with the internal complaints committee or report this to your employer or organisation if any.
You can also write a complaint and send it by post to the nearest police station addressed to the sho and to the ssp, later visit personally and inquire about what has been done on your complaint.
