i dnt hv intrst to file divorce in court bcz v dnt hv intrst to go for court r police station but we need divorce from my husband. is it possible to take divorce iby lawyer bcz our mrg is not registerd so am asking is der any possibility to do so.he did so much hasrashment to me so i dnt hv intrst to live with him

A.Yes. you can approach a Senior Lawyer who is expert in Family Court matters and civil cases.You Need not go to court or police station,except for filing once in the family court, the rest will be handled by your Lawyer.
