Will i get a character certificate from police?
The order issued by court is as follows
1. Proceeding of the case is stopped under section 258 crpc
2. Accused stands discharged

A.If the accused is discharged, then that means the accused is not guilty so, therefore i dont find any need for character certificate and moreover police has no power or authority to do so.
