I have registered partnership aggrement with two person in sub registrar office. Can i cancel this aggrement in some other district sub registrar office if both person are available

A partnership firm may be discontinued with the approval of all the partners or by a contract between the partners. A partnership is formed by a contract and may be terminated using the contract itself. Notice will contain a date from which dissolution will be effective. Sections 31 to 33 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 mention when a partnership deed can be cancelled. Any partnership deed can only be cancelled within three years from the date of registration of the deed. Cancellation of a registered partnership deed is required to be made in the same district where the office of the partnership firm is located and the original deed was registered.
