I have given money to friend Rs.1000 . He told me that he will return me after 10 days, now it's been more than 1 month and he has blocked me on calling and not even answering me on whatsapp. For proof I have WHATSAPP chats and screen shot as well transaction details with me

A.Dear client,
As you do not have much documents to support your statement and claims you have to be very careful.
Take prints and also preserve those chats.
Send a legal notice to your friend.
If this does not work you have to lodge an FIR against him, which again will be difficult to lodge due to lack of much evidences.
If you have witnesses and if they are willing to give witness before the court, try to take their help in the Police station.

A.Dear client,
There is no need of a legal action or a legal remedy in the issue here. It is suggested to approach him again and still if he refuses to answer you can take support of a legal notice.
Thank you

A.Dear Client,
Serving a legal notice to the friend demanding your lent money back, file a money suit for recovery of the money you lend to your friend based on digital records/evidence i.e, WHATSAPP chats. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
