A.Dear Client,
Before opting for litigation to resolve the issue, you may visit the office of the Block Land Revenue and/or Tehashildar concerned who is the custodian of the records of lands that fall under their jurisdiction, and file a petition for survey of the land by an authorized land surveyor. If your application is allowed and the land is surveyed and measured, the surveyor report may resolve the dispute at this level. However, in case the errant neighbor/landowner continues with his arbitrary claim or dispute, then serving a legal notice file a civil suit against the neighbor/landowner before a Civil Court having jurisdiction over the suit property praying for a declaration and permanent injunction. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client,
In such a situation, it's advisable to consult with a legal professional to assess the documents and evidence related to your land ownership. A lawyer can guide you on the appropriate legal steps to establish and protect your property rights. Additionally, consider involving local authorities or a surveyor to verify property boundaries.
