SLP in supreme court SLP in supreme court

My LPA was decided by Punjab and Haryana High court by dependent me on my colleague lpa who is pending for last 4 years and always getting next date and not decided yet by court. Can I file SLP in supreme court or wait until unless LPA of my colleague will be decided by court.

A.Dear client,

Here your case has been decided by the high court and according to law to file an SLP against any order there is a time limit of 90 days, if you decide to wait for your colleague's case to be decided it might exhaust your opportunity to go for the SLP in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. So, it is adviced to proceed with the SLP against the order of the High Court.
