Settlement Amount Paid but account is still open Settlement Amount Paid but account is still open

I have taken a loan through PaySense and settled the loan by paying the asked amount in 2020. I have been requesting for loan closure but they are not responding now. This loan account is showing active and randomly I keep getting calls in every 2-3 months to pay 5000 or 7000 and so on. How to close this account in CIBIL with back dated closure as it's been over 3 years and my CIBIL would have been better if PaySense would have closed the account when I paid the settlement amount.

A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, serve a strong legal notice to PaySense and file a criminal suit under Se.503 IPC against the Company to let them face the consequences. Alternatively, file a complaint against the Company for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under Sec.19 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 claiming compensation for harassment despite repayment of loan 3 years ago. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
