A.Dear Client,
Senior Citizens are the soft target of cheaters/fraudsters who took advantage of their deficiencies and disabilities arising out of degenerative issues. So, once cheating or fraud happens with a Sr. Citizen, a complaint should be lodged at the local police station. Few State Govt has opened Sr. Citizen's Cell in the police station and other places to address the crimes related to Sr. Citizens. An Elder Help Line (No.14567) is launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment exclusively for the protection of the interest of Sr. Citizens of the Country from any kind of crisis from health to wealth, you may take a chance by contacting them through helpline number to resolve the matter. There are some social organizations/NGOs that render their dedicated services to resolve the crisis of Sr. Citizens in distress like, Helpage India, Age Well Foundation, Dignity Foundation etc. Sr. citizens or his/her relatives may contact these NGOs if required when in need apart from the District Administration to address the issues for the protection of the safety and security of the Sr. Citizens.

A.Dear Client,
Initiating a cheating case against senior citizens is a serious matter that requires careful consideration and legal guidance. If you believe you have been a victim of fraud or cheating involving senior citizens, it is advisable to consult with a legal professional specializing in criminal law. Collect and preserve all relevant evidence supporting your case, such as documents, communication records, or any other proof of fraudulent activities. File a complaint with the local police station, providing a detailed account of the alleged cheating and presenting the evidence you have gathered. Legal authorities will investigate the matter, and if there is substantial evidence, they may proceed with legal action against the individuals involved. Keep in close contact with your legal representative throughout the process to ensure that your rights are protected and that the case is pursued effectively.
