Placement of generator Placement of generator

Generator is located under my balcony. When it runs exhaust fumes get into my apartment causing uneasiness. Requested builder to move it, but he ignored. Other members of the building refuse to cooperate or move it. What to do. Don’t want to go to court as it will cost and drag for long. We are past 85.

A.Dear Client,
Consider engaging in open and empathetic communication with your neighbors, emphasizing the health impact, and seeking their understanding in finding a resolution. If direct communication proves ineffective, you might consider involving a local mediation service or community association to facilitate a compromise. Alternatively, consulting with local environmental authorities or city regulators may help to raise awareness of the issue and encourage the builder to address the problem. While legal action is a last resort, your well-being is paramount, so exploring amicable resolutions and escalating the matter through appropriate channels may be worthwhile to ensure a healthier living environment without resorting to prolonged court proceeding.
