We are from kota but currently living in jaipur . My father has no more and mother has been paralysis. My sister has been married in kota in December 2022 but from June 2023 they left her in our kota house saying they will come back but still they does not came even they complaint about her in local police station for 107/116 . What are the legal options for us .
We are living in jaipur and native is in bundi.
Can we put complaint in jaipur or in bundi ?
