Actually I am working in a company and manager gave me a offer so I just opt the same and then he left the job and all their addresses are fraud so kindly advise what to do and

A.Sir follow the following steps
1. FIle a complain to the nearest police station
2. Try to find out the authenticness and the right address of the company
3. Try to reconnect with the manager
If you find the address or the person's address
4. File a criminal case against such person or company under relevant sections of IPC.
As you don't have a proper address it will be useless to initiate any proceedings as the summons will not be served and thus the case shall remain pending.
