In case a OBC Caste certificate is issued from a state different from the domicile state. How this complaint can be made to the authorities?

No person can take two caste simultaneously.. it is illegal. it's illegal and it's crime to obtain 2 caste certificates. you should complain to the concerned caste certificate issuing authorities of the states that include District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/Collector/Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector/1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/#Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Taluka Magistrate/Executive Magistrate/Extra Assistant Commissioner.
