Feeling unsecured due to some unknown threats Feeling unsecured due to some unknown threats

Whenever I used to have tea at local tea shops or visit a crowded place like market, I used to observe a group of people (probably above 20s and below 40s) talking about something negative nearby me so that I can hear. I observed some patterns in their communication. I can remember phrases like "he is useless", "family will be affected", "his daughter is growing", "his career will be destroyed" etc. Even if I observed some specific body language that is not positive at all.

First, I observed this phenomenon in the year 2006. That time my age was around 29. Even I observed the similar kind of pattern over the years including the year 2023.

I always considered this kind of things as normal. I have absolutely no idea what is happening and who is behind this. Since my daughter is growing, I started thinking about this lately. I don't know whether my thinking is right or wrongt. But if my thinking and observation is 1% correct, still it seems risk to me and my family.

My question is: Can I lodge FIR about this kind of incidents without knowing the actual culprit (anonymous) and without having any concrete proof?

Note: I have absolutely no idea who is behind it. This is just my consistent observations.

I look forward to your suggestions.

A.Dear Client,
If you are experiencing a persistent pattern of negative conversations that seem to target you or your family without concrete evidence or knowledge of the culprits, it might be challenging to directly lodge an FIR (First Information Report) with the police. FIRs typically require specific information about the incident and identifiable suspects.
However, you can take some proactive steps to address your concerns:
1.Document Incidents:
Keep a record of instances where you observe such negative conversations. Note down dates, times, locations, and any specific phrases or body language you find concerning. This documentation might be useful if patterns emerge or if the situation escalates.
2.Engage with Local Authorities: Visit your local police station and share your concerns with them. While it may not lead to an immediate FIR, informing the authorities about your observations can create awareness. They might guide you on potential steps or advise on how to handle the situation.
3.Consult a Legal Professional:
Consider consulting with a legal professional or counselor who can provide guidance on the situation. They may help you understand your rights, explore legal avenues, or offer advice on handling such matters.
4.Enhance Personal Security Measures:
In the interest of your family's safety, take steps to enhance your personal security. This could include installing security cameras, being vigilant in public spaces, and advising family members to stay cautious.
While lodging an FIR without concrete proof might be challenging, taking these steps can help you address the issue responsibly. It's essential to prioritize your family's safety and well-being. If the situation persists or escalates, consider seeking ongoing advice from local authorities or legal professionals to navigate the best course of action.
Thankyou

A.Dear Sir,
You must recollect about the previous incidents in which you have created any enemies against you. List out names of such persons and lodge a complaint. Normally, complaints without disclosing any name of the Accused may not give any fruitful result.
