Sir मुझे निम्न जानकारी चाहिए–
1: 107/116 किसके अंतर्गत आती है? (FIR या चालान या Bound Down या डिटेंशन)
2: क्या पुलिस थाने में GD या रिकॉर्ड में ये धारा दर्ज होती है?
3: क्या SDM कोर्ट में बॉन्ड के 6 माह पूरे होने के कोई आदेश होता है जिसे लेकर थाने में नाम कटवाना पड़ता है?
4: अगर 107/116 में थाने में दर्ज नाम को नही कटवाया तो क्या पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन में पुलिस इनको शो करेगी?
