Concern over government job and Shopify account

I and some of my friends opened a shopify account when we were 2-3 years back, for making a drop shipping business, we created an extra email for it,during the trial period we made a store there but due to some payment issues we never bought any monthly plan,so the store might be deactivated and deleted,but the account might be still there,I have heard that we can't do business or so anything while doing a government job,so while the store is closed and the account might be there of Shopify it wont cause any problem in me getting a government job right?there has been no transactions sell or so in the account ever and nothing has been done,we just set up the store and then it got deleted because we didn't buy the plan as it gets deleted for not buying the plan,we haven't even touched the Shopify account at all in this 2-3 years ,but the account might be there,I might have given some personal details there but I dont remember,will just having the account hamper me in getting a government job?I'm sick of thinking this on and on please tell me, will just having the account or in extreme cases having the store also which is unlikely the store is deleted probably,will just having the account hamper me from getting job of from lower grade to higher grade state/centre jobs?is there any clause or so for such?for Shopify account?tell about upsc and such higher jobs too,tell please ,I hope my question is understandable.
You may get close all your accounts and licenses legally because they will be cross verification either by the Police or your prospective employer if you get either Government job or any other job from a reputed company.

So, you need not to worry about your Government jobs.
