A.Dear Client,
While the chances of recovering the loan from your friend seem slim based on the provided information, there is still a potential opportunity to explore before giving up hope entirely. If there is a written contract or agreement on a Rs.100/- Stamp paper, signed by both parties and witnessed, consider serving a legal notice to your friend. You could pursue a money suit in a Civil Court, attempting to support your claim with at least one witness who signed the Stamp Paper, even if it's not notarized or registered. It's crucial to file the money suit within three years from the date of the cause of action. Seeking guidance from a legal professional is advisable to navigate the process effectively.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
From the contents of the query, it appears that the possibility of getting back the money you lent to your friend is almost remote. However, you can take a chance before surrendering your hope finally. When a loan is given based on the written contract or agreement on a Stamp paper valued at Rs.100/- and it is signed by both parties and at least by one or two witnesses, then serving a legal notice to your friend, you may file a money suit against the friend before the Civil Court and try to substantiate your claim before the Court if possible, by adducing at least a witness who signed the said Stamp Paper even it is not notarised or registered. The money suit should be filed within three years from the date of the cause of action. Reach out to an advocate for guidance and steps.
