Sir, I bought a piece of land. The seller is two brothers. I have bought the land from the younger brother. The partition had been done between the two brothers but the land is still in their mother's name. Their mother was ill and she was not in a condition to go to the court and register the land, so I Got the land registered from the seller but after a few days the elder brother somehow got his mother to register the land in his son's name. Sir what should I do now please help us

A.Dear Sir,
You have to immediately challenge the same before the Civil Court and also lodge a complaint with District Registrar office and solve the problem and protect your possession otherwise it is very difficult.
