A.Dear client,

A refund of a certain course depends on the refund policy of the institution. Please ensure that you apply for the refund in sufficient due course of time. If in the refund policy, the deduction of 25000 is mandated, you will not be able to dispute it. In case such clause is not mentioned, you may refer to the consumer court for further action.

You may reach out to the Consumer Forum national helpline in 1800-11-4000 or visit the website https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and file a complaint against the institute.

Thank you
