A.Dear Client,
If you've submitted an online mutation application and are concerned about possible data editing, having a saved copy allows you to request information under the RTI Act, 2005. Send an application, along with a Rs. 10/- IPO, to the SPIO and Tehsildar under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, seeking a digital/hard copy of your application in their records. The SPIO is obligated to respond within 45 days. If the response is unsatisfactory or absent, file an appeal under Sec. 19(1) within 30 days. Refer to state-specific rules for inspection fees. Upon receiving the information, explore further legal actions to address your grievance.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
When an application for mutation is made online and if the data you fed in your application is editable to the other side, the possibility of re-editing of said data cannot be ruled out. So, if you saved a copy of the filled-up application with you, then can make an application to the concerned SPIO and the Tehashildar under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 enclosing therewith application fees of Rs.10/- by way of IPO and hard copy of your filled up application seeking a digital/hard copy of your application available in their official record/database based on which the public authority rejected your application. Once an RTI application is filed the concerned State Public Information Officer(SPIO) is dutybound to respond to that application within 45 days of receipt of the application under Sec.7 of the Act and on non-receipt of any response or receipt of an unsatisfactory response from the SPIO, the applicant may file an Appeal under Sec.19(1) of the RTI Act to the Appellate Authority within 30 days on expiry of said period of response from SPIO. As per Rule 4(d) of the RTI(Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2005 for inspections of records of public authority, certain fees are charged under state-specific rules made under the RTI Act. Upon receipt of the desired information, you can initiate further courses of action under relevant laws to resolve your grievance/complaint.
