G-Money medical loan

How can I file a case against gmoney? I've applied for a medical loan against my insurance. They approved 50k for treatment and transferred to hospital only 21k. Later I got the reimbursement for the same amount fromy medical insurance which I have to return to G-Money. But now gmoney is asking me to clear 50k which is just an approval amount not settled to me or hospital. Now they're reporting to my Cibil score and it's showing as 55k outstanding amount. Am ready to clear the amount whatever I got from my insurance reimbursement. Now they are not responding and threatening me to pay the full amount what should I do?

In the given situation, you may escalate your grievance against G-money to the concerned Insurance company and serve a legal notice to G-money failing which you may file a complaint against G Money and the Insurer for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice before the Dist. Consumer Commission under Sec.35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 claiming compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years of the date of the cause of action.
