Mishandled by employer Mishandled by employer

I was working as a Assitant Professor in a Technical University.
One fine day I got a termination mail mentioning 1 month notice period.
When I asked the reason from top management, they said "Patron has decided"
When I asked the patron he replied "Top management does not wants you"
I told them that my student feedback is good, Patron replied "That does not matter"
My termination mail was mailed to every employee of the institution.
My 3 month salary was kept hold for 3 months.

What can I do to have justise?

A.Initiate a legal action against them by sending a legal notice for unlawful termination. Did they cite any reason as per the employment agreement or the offer letter? If not then they cannot sack you arbitrarily.
