Hi,
Actually me n hubby staying separate for nearby 2 months i have one daughter of 2 years baby girl.
V had a big fight n so we staying separate. Every Tim he drinks a lot n after coming home he bit me n every Tim I can't tolerate. He had not given any money for n my baby. I'm staying at my parents home.
Neither he had filed for any divorce.
He his saying that let me stay at my parents home with baby. I'm just worried about money for my baby.
I need money from him that's it.
I require your suggestions what can be done. Even the in laws are worst they say that we are guy ( boy side ) n we will be upper side every Tim.

A.dear client in your case You have to take help from your area Women & Child family Welfare centre in district or Commissionerate, they will call your husband for conciliation or direct him to support you & your baby girl & quickly settle you issue & maintenance of you & Baby.

A.You have to take help from your area Women & Child family Welfare centre in district or Commissionerate, they will call your husband for conciliation or direct him to support you & your baby girl & quickly settle you issue & maintenance of you & Baby.

A.You can file a case for cruelty against him as he is beating you and giving you mental pain too. This case will be fought by the Government Lawyer on your behalf. Then file a case for maintainence in the family court. If you are unable to afford a lawyer then the court will provide you with the free legal aid..

A.Dear, If you are looking for Maintenance then you file a suit on maintenance u/s 125 of CrPC in the District Court. Your child is below 5 years of age so the physical custody will lie with the mother and her father will have the visitation rights. Your husband is bound to pay your and your child's maintenance if you are not working or even if you are working then not earning more than your husband.

I don't even have money to file suit on him. Anywayz how much money would require to file suit on him.

He straight forward says me I won't bear your any expenses not child exps. Although he is very rich. N as of now we were staying in rented house and agreement had expired last Month only. He didn't came in 2 months and land lord is asking money with me. Land lord called my hubby he said lock the door n don't keep my wife n child in room.

Dear, If you file a Maintenance suit then your husband has to pay the maintenance of you and your child. And you can claim the cost of the suit and the court fees from your husband.
