Pollythine factory in locality

Wbpcb has been given closer order and order to withdrw/revoke consent to operate.the unite running continnue.what should i do for seal the factory?

A.Step 1: Lodge online Complaint in the Public Grievance column on the WBPCB with the details of the earlier order of WBPCB and request for its implementation.
In addition, you may also File a Complaint with District Magistrate having jurisdiction over the said Factory under Section 144 “Power to issue order in urgent cases of nuisance or apprehended danger” of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
Hope the issue will surely be resolved with this much efforts, else we may take further Legal Course as per requirement.

A.File a petition in the Green Tribunal. If in case there is positive result from the tribunal, then you also have the option to file a writ petition in the high court.
