Can I file a complaint against the person who is physically and mentally harassing my husband to return his money ?
My husband was working with this man in partnership in his business. My husband took 10lacs for doing his work and due to some issues that work couldn't succeed. My husband went to his native place Punjab for selling a land to repay his amount. But he has been harassing my husband his relatives. He frequently visited our mumbai home where he harassed my mother in law. Also he has now reached Punjab and took him in his custody. My husband is at a hotel in Jalandhar with him and his men, surrounded and not able to talk to anyone. He was at Tehsil office when this man picked him up in his car and took him. My husband never said that he won't return his money. He is trying his best to crack a deal but there are challenges. And now he has harassed me through my husband give him money. Can I file a complaint against him ?
