My father gave an amount to my uncle by selling more than 500gm gold to buy a property. In return my uncle promised that when the property will be sold I will give u 500 gm gold money. Now the property is being sold and still my brother is not willing to give that money. He is building a house for his own and buying cars and many things but not returning the money to us. What are the ways to get my money back as u are going through financial crises and don't even have a house to stay

A.Dear Client,

Without a written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or agreement between the parties, obtaining a remedy or relief through litigation may not be feasible based on the current available information. However, one possible course of action is to serve a legal notice to your uncle. This formal communication can articulate your grievances, intentions, and any demands you may have, serving as a preliminary step before considering legal proceedings. It is advisable to consult with a legal professional to guide you through the specific details and requirements of serving a legal notice in your jurisdiction.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of any written MOU or agreement between the parties, no remedy of relief is feasible on the face of the record even through litigation. However, you can serve a legal notice to your uncle.
